Brooke grew up in a farming community in Eastern Washington. She moved to Utah in 2005 and started her real estate career in a land development office.

Her persistence and hard work has rewarded her as she has navigated the pre and post recession markets. She is continually a high producing sales agent at Prudential Utah Real Estate, placing 3^rd in the company in 2013 and was nominated for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors Salesperson of the Year.

Brooke specializes in land and lot acquisition and sales along the Wasatch Front. She has represented both local and national organizations; including banks, the FDIC, homebuilders, investors, landowners and developers. Brooke has an impressive portfolio of complex and challenging transactions, and has relationships with estate planners, development consultants, real estate attorneys, contractors and has the ability to manage land sales nationally.

Brooke is a member of the Salt Lake County Board of Realtors, Utah Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Urban Land Institute, and is a proud supporter of 4-H and FFA. Brooke is a licensed sales agent with KW Commercial.
